Wagering is the amount you have to bet before bonus money turns into cash you can withdraw. At JustCasino the standard rule is 40x: a €100 bonus means €4,000 in bets. You get 7 days to finish, and while the bonus is active a single bet can't go above €5. That €5 cap covers bonus buys and double-up features too, so a feature buy priced above €5 has to wait until the bonus is cleared.
Tournament prizes follow the same logic, but not every prize carries it. On the brand's tournament pages the monthly all-games race paid its first prize in cash with no wagering at all, while every other award had to be played through 40x. The weekly Star Game race handed out free spins, and those awards were also set at 40x. With free spins the 40x applies to what the spins win, not to the spins themselves: if 100 spins land €30, you need €1,200 in bets to clear it.

Drops & Wins scores luck per spin. Your daily tournament total is the sum of your win multipliers, so a 500x hit on a €0.20 spin counts exactly as much as the same hit on €20. There's no ticket to buy, but there is a price: points come from real-money bets, and each bet has a built-in cost equal to the house edge. On a 96% RTP slot that edge is about 4%, so €1,000 of turnover costs around €40 on average. Those numbers come from a Star Game of the week leaderboard captured on the brand's site. First place scored 4,906 points - so €4,906 of real-money bets in one week - for 200 free spins. Tenth place took 100 free spins with about 549 points. At a 4% edge, tenth place cost around €22 in expected losses; first place around €196. The monthly all-games race is a much bigger league: its archived leader had passed two million points, a level only true high rollers reach.
Stake size vs points
In the house races stake size and points move together. Doubling your bet doubles your points per spin - and doubles the cost per spin. It doesn't change the value of the race, only its speed. In Drops & Wins tournaments the stake doesn't move your score at all; what counts is the multiplier, plus the daily cap of 5,000 rounds. A €0.05 spin and a €5 spin chase the same leaderboard.
A budget example
Say you set €50 aside for the week's Star Game. At €0.50 a spin that's 100 spins and 50 points if you lose every one. In practice wins come back into the balance, and at 96% RTP €50 buys around €1,250 of turnover on average before it runs dry. That's 1,250 points - top-ten territory on the archived board - but a cold session can end at 200 points, and a hot one can leave you with more than you started. Bonus play weighting
